So far so good. This is the first time I’ve really stuck to something like this, so I’m pretty proud of myself. Lots of fruits, lots of veg, lots of nuts and seeds. I did kind of crack last night because I got all these delicious vegan chocolate bars for christmas, but when I read the ingredients, it used unrefined sugar.. so I ate it. haha. I think I’m allowed to spoil myself every now and then.
I found an awesome recipe for a “vegan” cobb salad which I will attempt this weekend. Tonight will be a challenge, since it’s my first time going out for dinner. It’s my friend Dina’s birthday and we’re going to a mexican restaurant.
Otherwise…headaches are gone, body is already looking a little slimmer, I have more energy. I smelled a red bull for a while yesterday since my boyfriend was drinking it.. haha. God I miss red bull… and yes I am aware how HORRIBLE it is for you.
Back to work Monday. To keep myself organized, I am going to come up with a meal plan every week, making sure when I grocery shop, I am buying things I can use throughout the week so they don’t go bad in the fridge. I’ll let you know what I come up with. xo
